1. Orders & payment

Orders are placed through kyalli.com and paid by bank transfer. An order is reserved when placed and confirmed once your transfer is verified by our team. Orders that remain unpaid after 48 hours may be cancelled and the stock released.

2. Pricing

All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes. Delivery is charged at checkout based on your state; orders above the free-delivery threshold ship free.

3. Delivery

We dispatch after payment confirmation. Typical timelines are 1-2 working days within Abuja and 2-5 working days nationwide. Timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Returns

For hygiene reasons we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. If an order arrives damaged, contact us with photos within 48 hours and we will replace it.

5. Product use

Our products are cosmetic. Patch-test before first use; discontinue if irritation occurs. Ingredient lists are printed on every label and shown on each product page.
